This site is published by MUSA Inc. (Muñozonian U.S.A.), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organisation, EIN 33-0526668, founded on June 22, 1991 and registered in California at 815 Colorado Blvd., Ste. 320, Los Angeles, CA 90041.

MUSA is run by volunteer officers and directors. There is no paid staff answering this site; replies come from people doing this alongside their own work.

You are welcome to read these pages and to share links to them. The photographs, text, and the MUSA seal belong to MUSA or to the people who contributed them.

Please ask before republishing our photographs elsewhere. Many of them show identifiable people — including children — who agreed to be photographed at a MUSA event, not to appear anywhere on the internet.

Do not use this site, or MUSA's name and seal, to raise money or make claims on MUSA's behalf without the board's written agreement.

Gifts are voluntary. Today they are made by Zelle or by cheque, following the instructions on our donate page, and we confirm them by email.

MUSA is a 501(c)(3) organisation, and contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We cannot give tax advice — please speak to your own adviser about your circumstances.

If you give in error, or a gift is duplicated, write to us and we will do our best to put it right.

What we publish about our programs describes work MUSA has done, with dates attached. It is a record, not a contract, and it is not a promise that a program will run again in a given year.

Applying for a scholarship does not create an entitlement to one. Awards are decided by MUSA's officers together with the school.

We try to keep every name, number, and date on this site truthful, sourced, and dated, and we would rather say “we do not know” than invent a figure.

If you spot an error, or you appear in a photograph and want it removed or your name changed, tell us. Our Secretary handles those requests and we aim to reply within 14 days.

Our Facebook group, the embedded map, and any other site we link to are run by other people under their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

We may update these terms as the organisation and this site change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
